Real/Unreal

description:

The exhibition Real/Unreal is a group show of eight Indonesian artists who are genuinely skilled in creating photo-realist style paintings, in an art world dominated by photography and computer generated images. In play between fiction and reality, the lines are blurred and the viewer will be surprised of the virtuosity of these artists and their depictions. Are these works real (photography) or unreal (painting)? You decide!
Exhibiting artists: R. Sumantri MS, Indyra, Choirudin, Suwandi, Edi Jatmiko, Isa Ansori, Chusin, Cadio Tarompo.
