Whee Teck Ong & Michael Conlin are mixing art & IT in their Inaugural Exhibition to showcase their paintings, photographs, glass work & jewellery.

Whee Teck is a painter who expresses the essence of mother nature through his water colours & acrylic paintings of flowers & landscapes. He is also a highly accomplished photographer & enjoys capturing the moment.
Michael is a glass artist who combines his own hand-made glass pendants with beads & gemstones he has sourced from around the world. His work is heavily influenced by the ethnographic iconography of the Asia Pacific region.

Both men pursued vocations in the IT industry & avocations in the arts. Their art serves to balance the highly cerebral nature of their IT careers. Both draw on creativity, complex problem solving, and lateral thinking. However, while IT industry outputs are ephemeral & intangible an artist’s outputs are physical, tangible & grounding.
