Established in 2004, the Singapore Art Gallery Guide (SAGG) is a publication that began with the vision of making the arts in Singapore a more enriching experience. The monthly guide offers a wide-ranging discussion about the arts, not limited to the visual arts but also encompassing forms of the performing arts, film and photography, in addition to providing comprehensive information about art galleries, performance centres, artists, exhibitions and events in town.

Apart from the print publication, SAGG online offers many extended features and supplementary functions:

How often is the Singapore Art Gallery Guide published?
It is published every month except February and July. We publish a double-issue for the months of January and February, the same for June and July. 10 issus per year.

What is the size of the guide?
It's a pocket sized publication (11. 5 x 21 cm) and easy to carry with you when visiting the galleries. We currently print 80 pages per issue.

Where can I get a copy?
You can either pick up a free copy of the Singapore Art Gallery Guide at leading arts & cultural venues all over Singapore (including the museums, TCC boutiques and Changi Airport). Or else you can sign up for an annual subscription here and get a copy of the guide delivered to your doorstep each issue for one year from now.

We have around 15,000 readers each issue. They consist of:

~ local and visiting artists who want to know what's happening in the art scene,

What are the deadlines?
We need to have all information about exhibitions and events four weeks before the month of publication. Advertising material has to be in three weeks before the month of publication. Specific deadlines for each issue are mentioned on our home page.
